Speaking to volunteers and staff from the Stroke Association about my Perfectly Imperfect programme. I will be explaining how I have used photography as therapy during my ongoing recovery my stroke.

I will share details of the successful 2024 workshops and exhibition and how I curated the programme to enable 13 individuals who have been directly or indirectly affected by stroke to use creativity as a recovery tool. I will explain how it gave them something new to focus on. A purpose. A sense of identity beyond being a stroke survivor.
